Bobby is the son of Legendary R&B/Soul Singer, Jackie Wilson. Bobby has the same amazing traits, figures and talents of his father. It’s been stated by many that Jackie Wilson’s legacy lives on through him. His adoring fans have dubbed him as ‘Mr. Entertainment’ from his natural ability to entertain and bring crowds to life.
The beginning:
Bobby’s music career started after his time served in the US Navy where he was invited to join a local celebrity’s show Pete Hernandez and The Love Notes in Waikiki. Also in the group was Peter’s son, Little Elvis, who we all know now as Bruno Mars.
From those musical roots he expanded to build, and develop his own style while portraying, unknowingly at the time, his father, Jackie Wilson in a world renown Las Vegas Show ‘Legends in Concert’. Bobby’s live performance was accompanied by a 7-piece band, and 3 singers.
The live performance catalog combined the music of Motown, Pop, Soul, and Country from the 50s to the present with guest stars from the past that seem to appear right before your eyes.
Bobby performance would get the audience to their feet seamlessly and sing the soundtrack of their lives, as he included some of his most recognizable songs.
